Quality Quest for Health of Illinois
Secure Data Portal
Launching early 2010!
Ancilla Partners designed and developed the new secure Data Portal for Quality Quest for Health of Illinois. This tool allows medical practices and individual clinicians to view and verify their results on reported measures, verify their own data and demographic information, and engage in quality improvement. Quality Quest for Health can use the new portal to manage all aspects of their public reporting efforts from one secure location.
Quality Reports (part of QualityQuest.org)

Ancilla Partners designed the User Experience for the Quality Reports on QualityQuest.org. Using patient-friendly language and simple graphs, healthcare data becomes easier to understand, and assists Quality Quest with furthering their mission and objectives in the region and throughout Illinois. These reports are directly integrated with the secure data portal, allowing Quality Quest to easily manage all aspects of their reporting and data submission process.
WCHQ: The Wisconsin Collaborative for Healthcare Quality
Public Reporting Web Site
Data Submission and Validation Tool
Ancilla Partners has been working with the Wisconsin Collaborative for Healthcare Quality (WCHQ) since 2007. Ancilla has built both the public reporting site (wchq.org) and the data collection portal. The data portal allows for multiple methods of data submission, including a robust system that collects patient level claims and clinical data and calculates performance measures based on this raw data. This method of submission also allows for calculation of measures for the Medicare Physician Quality Reporting Initiative (PQRI).
MNCM: Minnesota Community Measurement
Data Portal
Ancilla Partners has been working with MNCM since fall of 2007. In 2008 we built the direct data submission (DDS) portal that Minnesota medical groups use to submit data for Diabetes, Vascular Care and Depression. The portal is the hub of all MNCM-related data, and allows for medical groups to login and maintain their profile and as well as submit data. Additionally, the portal allows MNCM staff and medical groups to analyze the data at a level not available to the public, download the data to Excel, and export the data for Pay for Performance programs as needed.
In early 2009, Ancilla partnered with Wowza to integrate the data portal with the newly redesigned public reporting web site for MNCM. The portal feeds the reporting site with live data, and also allows MNCM staff to add new measures, create new periods, and publish data to the public site.
PHCQA: The Pennsylvania Healthcare Quality Alliance
Public Reporting Web Site
Ancilla Partners designed a public reporting website for the people of Pennsylvania to compare hospitals on a variety of quality measures. People can sort by region, can find hospitals by name, and can learn more about quality measurement via this site. The site brings a number of data sources together in once easy-to-use location.
HCIF: The Health Care Improvement Foundation
Data Portal
Ancilla Partners designed a data portal for the members of HCIF to allow quality measures to be entered by their participating Pennsylvania hospitals. After the monthly data has been entered, authorized hospital personnel can view the results on the www.phcqa.org website, leveraging the existing site's functionality.
